Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to high school diploma
- Two years' previous work experience in customer service role with order entry experience
- Strong working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work flexible hours or overtime as needed

- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Associates degree or college business coursework preferred
- Experience with automated order entry systems preferred
- Previous manufacturing, containerboard, or corrugated packaging industry experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous experience working in a team environment preferred
Job Duties
- Receive, process, and track assigned orders through to scheduling
- Consult with internal departments to ensure order completeness, on-time delivery, and accurate invoicing
- Communicate significant information regarding customer accounts and orders to appropriate internal departments
- Coordinate customer requests for product specifications, availability, shipping, quotations, and samples
- Serve as a link between customers and design, sales, and production teams to meet customer requirements
- Maintain organized customer files
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints including billing issues
- Manage on-hand inventory levels and reconcile to customer orders, forecast, and just in time schedules
- Take physical inventory at month end
