The Customer Outreach Representative role on Krasiva's outdoor lead generation team is a unique opportunity for individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and motivated, with strong customer service and communication skills. As a Customer Outreach Representative, you'll engage directly with homeowners in various local neighborhoods, introducing them to Krasiva's locally made energy-efficient windows and doors. Your primary role will involve face-to-face interactions where you’ll answer basic questions about products, provide company information, and assist in scheduling free, no-obligation estimates with Krasiva’s design consultants. This position offers a combination of outdoor work and customer interaction, ideal for candidates who enjoy being active, social, and being part of a mission-driven team representing a respected local brand.

This part-time position is flexible, offering Monday through Friday shifts from 9am to 1pm or 2pm, with the option to work additional hours if desired. The compensation starts at $23.94 per hour plus performance bonuses, with weekly pay to provide consistent income. There are no mandatory weekend shifts, though those who wish to work more hours have that option. This role is perfectly suited for semi-retired individuals, adults with children in school, or energetic go-getters who thrive on challenges and enjoy meeting new people.
