We are currently hiring a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Insurance Processing team within the Loan Servicing Department. This role is pivotal in supporting borrowers by addressing inquiries related to their insurance coverage, deductibles, and premium payments. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys organizing multiple tasks, managing various priorities simultaneously, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries related to insurance and escrow accounts. You will guide borrowers through insurance policy requirements, ensure the accuracy of escrowed insurance details, and diligently follow up on borrower needs in accordance with agency guidelines. Your role also involves completing necessary reports, making outbound calls to address any discrepancies related to collateral, and maintaining friendly, professional interactions with both borrowers and team members. Additional responsibilities will include various support duties as assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements
- Experience in residential real estate lending, residential loan processing, loan closing, and/or loan servicing preferred
- previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- ability to work independently, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
- strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- ability to maintain excellent customer and team relations at all times
- strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred
- bilingual in Spanish/English preferred

Job Duties
- Handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries related to their insurance and escrow accounts
- guide borrowers through the insurance policy requirements and updating their escrowed insurance details
- track, document, and follow up on borrower needs to ensure timely completion according to Agency guidelines
- complete reports and make outbound calls to correct any collateral discrepancies
- maintain professional, friendly, and helpful interactions with borrowers and team members
- provide additional support and complete other duties as assigned by leadership
