The company emphasizes a culture of compassion, integrity, and efficiency, which is reflected in its commitment to white-glove service and problem resolution for its members.
The role currently open is for the position of a Health Valet, which offers a fully remote, work-from-home employment opportunity. This role is crucial in helping members navigate their healthcare plans, understand their benefits, and find high-quality care tailored to their specific health situations. Health Valets serve as trusted advisors and liaisons between the members and a variety of internal and external stakeholders including healthcare providers and other carriers.
The Health Valet position involves providing personalized support by consulting with members regularly, educating them about their benefit plans and available care options, and ensuring follow-up on health status to promote overall wellness. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and empathy to effectively manage relationships with both satisfied and dissatisfied members, as well as healthcare providers. Health Valets must exercise discretion and independent judgment to resolve issues and facilitate process improvements, all while maintaining strict confidentiality about member information.
Coupe Health offers paid training to prepare employees for success in this role, focusing on equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills. The position requires candidates to have a high-speed, land-based internet connection that is hard-wired to the company equipment for stable remote work performance. Compensation for this role ranges from $23.81 to $35.71 per hour, based on factors such as skill and experience. In addition to competitive pay, Coupe Health provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, volunteer paid time off, and more.
