Job Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push or pull with arms up to 20 pounds of force
- Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, including climbing a ladder to store or retrieve items
- Motivation to learn and work in a team
- Flexible availability to work various shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Sales associate or cashier experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Motivation to advance in a customer service career
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer care
