We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Orlando location. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and enjoy interacting with people. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for greeting customers, running the register, assisting with purchases, and occasionally supporting the store’s food programs. This position involves a variety of tasks both inside and outside the store, designed to maintain the store's appearance and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance, physical stamina to stand or walk for long periods, and the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and or walk for up to 8 hours
  • lift and or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • occasionally lift and or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • grasp reach and manipulate objects with hands
  • complete high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior retail or customer service experience
