Job Requirements
- valid driver license
- basic computer skills including typing and data entry
- effective verbal communication skills
- willingness to work outdoors
- flexibility to work all shifts
- ability to type, sit, stand, walk, move throughout rental lot and enter or exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
- must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- this position requires regular onsite presence and cannot be performed remotely
- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast paced environment is a bonus
Job Qualifications
- valid driver license
- basic computer skills including typing and data entry

- flexibility to work all shifts
- ability to type, sit, stand, walk, move around rental lot, enter and exit vehicles frequently
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- at least 18 years of age
- retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
Job Duties
- assist customers in rental and return processes on airport lots
- check vehicles for condition and cleanliness
- enter information into handheld devices
- process rentals for loyalty customers
- assist customers at exit gates
- check in returned cars while ensuring excellent customer service
- operate a variety of vehicles safely
