Job Description
The LEGO Group is a globally recognized leader in the toy industry, renowned for inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow through its iconic brick products. Originating as a family-owned company in Denmark, LEGO has expanded into an international phenomenon that cherishes creativity, imagination, and innovative play for children and adults alike. With a mission centered on providing high-quality, safe, and engaging play experiences, the LEGO Group continues to foster a dynamic and inclusive culture that values diversity and teamwork.\n\nThis specific opportunity is for a seasonal Customer Service Representative position based in the LEGO Group's new North American contact center located in Tempe, Arizona. The role is a fixed-term contract lasting until January 29th, 2027, designed to support fans during the busy season. The position embraces a hybrid-work model where, after in-person training, representatives enjoy the flexibility to work remotely two days per week and from the office a minimum of three days weekly. The starting salary is $46,450 per annum plus an attractive performance-based bonus of up to 10 percent.\n\nAs a Customer Service Representative at LEGO, you will play an essential role in sustaining the joyful and engaging LEGO experience by delivering outstanding support to fans worldwide. This involves managing consumer inquiries related to order status, product troubleshooting, rare parts sourcing, account issues, and digital experiences. The ability to fluently communicate in both English and French, both spoken and written, is crucial to ensuring that LEGO remains connected to a diverse consumer base. Your role will require adaptability across various shifts with flexible start times, especially important during peak periods. \n\nThe role requires solid IT skills to utilize various tools and systems effectively as you assist with problem-solving and requests. You will be immersed in the LEGO culture through a comprehensive four to five-week in-person training program at the on-site facility, 'The Beam on Farmer' in Tempe, where you will meet your colleagues, learn about LEGO products deeply, and receive tailored support to transition smoothly to independent work. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, consumer-focused environments where creativity, empathy, and communication skills are key to success.\n\nBeyond the role itself, the LEGO Group fosters a supportive workplace culture emphasizing employee wellbeing, inclusion, and family support. Enhanced paid leave options, life and disability insurance, access to wellbeing resources such as the Headspace app, a generous employee discount, and a performance-driven bonus program are all part of the benefits package. The company is fully committed to diversity, equal opportunity, and the protection of children's rights. It actively recruits candidates from varied backgrounds and supports employees in balancing personal and professional lives through flexible working arrangements. Joining the LEGO team means contributing to a mission that goes beyond building toys – it is about building communities, inspiring creativity, and shaping the future of play worldwide.
