Job Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
  • meticulous attention to detail
  • proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
  • experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing preferred
  • prior cash handling and cash drawer management experience preferred
  • bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred

Job Duties

  • Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships
  • review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately
  • offer personalized financial services to fit customer lifestyles
  • enter and maintain customer information in POS system
  • complete daily call campaigns to build business
  • assist in account management and collections
  • perform on-site vehicle appraisals, errands, and marketing
  • maintain store appearance and cleanliness
  • manage office security and opening/closing procedures
  • ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • engage in ongoing product and process training
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • maintain full-time schedule with in-person attendance including weekends
