Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- meticulous attention to detail
- proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
- experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing preferred
- prior cash handling and cash drawer management experience preferred
- bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred
Job Duties
- Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships
- review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately
- offer personalized financial services to fit customer lifestyles
- enter and maintain customer information in POS system
- complete daily call campaigns to build business
- assist in account management and collections
- perform on-site vehicle appraisals, errands, and marketing
- maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- manage office security and opening/closing procedures
- ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- engage in ongoing product and process training
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- maintain full-time schedule with in-person attendance including weekends
