The role involves greeting customers warmly and professionally, assisting with sales order processing, managing customer accounts, and handling cash and financial transactions in compliance with company policies. The representative acts as a problem solver by professionally addressing customer concerns and escalating issues as needed to management for timely resolution. They also assist with audits, inventory, and compliance processes, ensuring operational integrity. The position requires collaboration with sales teams, merchandising associates, and other store staff to maintain smooth operations.
Technology skills are essential, as the role makes use of point-of-sale systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office Suite to conduct work efficiently. The representative is expected to complete additional administrative tasks assigned by management, showing flexibility and a willingness to contribute wherever needed. Work hours may include varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and rotations for store opening and closing duties.

Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
- Minimum of 1 year customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Maintain reliable attendance
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment

- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems

Job Duties
- Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email communications
- Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Process customer credit applications and assist with financing arrangements
- Follow established cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating when necessary
- Support Management with operational audits, inventory processes, and compliance checks
- Maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports
- Work cooperatively with sales and merchandising teams to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize point-of-sale systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
