We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives at our 809 Olive St, Shreveport, Louisiana 71104 store. This part-time position requires availability on both weekdays and weekends, making it ideal for those looking for flexible work schedules. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by greeting customers warmly, efficiently operating the cash register, handling transactions, and providing helpful purchase suggestions. In addition to front-of-store duties, you will also be involved in maintaining the overall appearance of the store, supporting the food program occasionally, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
  • Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
  • Willingness to work both weekdays and weekends
  • Availability for part-time shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail and customer service experience preferred
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience preferred
  • Strong communication and friendly conversation skills
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining a fun environment
  • Teamwork and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer care
  • Run the register and handle cashiering duties
