The role of Customer Service Representative at Circle K’s Baytown location on 2219 Hwy 201 is a full-time position with shifts available during evenings and overnight, providing flexibility for individuals who prefer or need non-traditional work hours. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with greeting and assisting customers, managing the cash register, cashiering, suggesting product purchases, and handling aspects of the food program. The job involves a variety of duties that keep the workday engaging and dynamic, including maintaining both the interior and exterior store appearance to meet high standards. This position requires teamwork, quick thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure that customers receive fast, friendly, and efficient service. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds
  • Push or pull with a force of up to 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with twisting movements up to one hour per shift
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to grasp and manipulate objects
  • Ability to climb a ladder for storing and retrieving materials
  • Availability for evening and overnight shifts
  • Full-time employment commitment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • Previous cashier or sales associate experience is a plus
