As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction, serving as a primary point of contact through various communication channels such as phone, email, and written correspondence. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase orders and credit card payments efficiently while supporting company growth initiatives by fostering teamwork and a strong focus on customer retention. Working in an 8-hour day shift in-person environment, you will contribute directly to the firm’s commitment to excellence and service. Additionally, this role requires compliance with U.S. Government space technology export regulations, specifically the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), meaning candidates must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, protected individuals under U.S. code, or eligible to obtain authorization from the U.S. Department of State.

Job Requirements
- One year of experience in customer service-related position
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of Office Suites including Excel
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) or eligibility to obtain required authorizations from U.S. Department of State
