The Customer Service Representative / Receptionist will work under the guidance of the Clinic Manager, playing a multifaceted role that involves direct patient engagement and indirect administrative support. Responsibilities include assisting the clinic in routine operations, orienting new staff members, managing work schedules, and facilitating smooth workflow within the office environment. The role requires maintaining clear and consistent communication with healthcare providers to keep them informed about patient progress and any potential issues. The position demands strong organizational skills, multitasking capability, and a working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles. Moreover, a background in handling Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor processes will be considered advantageous.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, third party payors
- Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position
- Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
- BLS or Friends and Family certification preferred
- Great organizational and multitasking abilities
