We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team at the Cape Coral location as Customer Service Representatives. This is a part-time position, primarily during evening shifts on weekdays and weekends, offering an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in fast-paced, customer-oriented environments. Employees in this role will experience a variety of duties, from greeting and assisting customers to operating the cash register and supporting store operations both inside and outside the premises.

As a Customer Service Representative at Circle K, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience by providing fast, friendly, and effective service. Your responsibilities will also include merchandising, helping maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of the store, and occasionally engaging with the store's food program. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours
  • lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift
  • occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds of force
  • bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
  • grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
  • willingness to work evenings including weekdays and weekends
  • part-time availability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • retail and customer service experience preferred
  • sales associate or cashier experience a plus
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • motivated to advance in career
  • willingness to learn and have fun

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • run the cash register and handle cashiering duties
