The Washington Branch, located at 3131 Hogum Bay Road NE in Lacey, WA, is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive pay ranging from $25 to $30 per hour, with significant opportunities for growth and earning potential. As a Customer Service Representative at Uline, you will be the linchpin in maintaining exceptional service levels by assisting customers with orders, providing product recommendations, and managing inquiries efficiently using state-of-the-art technology. You will become a product and solutions expert, equipped with thorough training to confidently answer questions related to products, pricing, and shipping. This role emphasizes building strong business relationships with customers through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat, ensuring their specific needs are met with tailored solutions from Uline's extensive product catalog. Alongside direct customer interaction, you will help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering system, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Eagerness to learn
- Must be able to work onsite
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Comfortable using computers and technology
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
