This established company is dedicated to sustained annual growth, making it an excellent career destination for professionals seeking stability, growth, and a supportive work environment.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role at UniFirst is an essential position focused on managing inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email. This role demands a high level of professionalism, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. As a CSR, you will be the frontline representative of UniFirst, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while handling inquiries, order entry, and returns processing. Moreover, the position requires the ability to maintain confidential information and may involve working in production areas where personal protective equipment (PPE) must be used.

UniFirst emphasizes safety and teamwork, encouraging active participation in plant-wide safety programs. The company is also committed to diversity and inclusion, providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform their essential job functions. Joining UniFirst means becoming part of a company that values integrity, growth, and equal opportunity for all employees.
