As a Customer Service Representative at Circle K, you will play a vital role in delivering a top-tier customer experience. The ideal candidate for this role is skilled at selling products, providing excellent customer care, and maintaining clear, friendly communication with customers and team members alike. You should be comfortable working quickly while maintaining a fun atmosphere and collaborating with others on the team to achieve daily objectives. Problem-solving and quick thinking are valuable traits as you will be encouraged to contribute ideas and suggestions to improve service and store operations.
While prior retail or customer service experience and cashiering skills are advantageous, Circle K also welcomes candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent who demonstrate the motivation and willingness to learn and grow. Physical requirements include the ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours, lift or carry weights up to 30 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds, as well as performing other tasks that require bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and manual dexterity.
