Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing service, sales, retail, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive sales mindset and willingness to conduct outbound customer outreach
  • Floral industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work comfortably in and out of refrigerated areas

Job Qualifications

  • Floral industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, point of sale (POS) software, and Microsoft Office applications

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to house accounts and walk-in customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Process customer orders, transactions, and purchases accurately while identifying opportunities to promote additional products, services, or quantity discounts
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty, repeat business, and long-term satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer account information, transaction records, and related documentation within the CRM and other business systems
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts and collaborate with branch and sales teams to enhance the overall customer experience
