The Portland, Maine location of LoanMax Title Loans is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is strictly on-site, based at 544 Deering Ave, Portland, ME. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $20 per hour and operates on a stable full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, with rotating Saturdays. Notably, employees in this position will never be required to work on Sundays, providing a healthy work-life balance. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline liaison between LoanMax and its customers, assisting with loan inquiries, managing accounts and payments, and providing professional, friendly service.
