The Portland, Maine location of LoanMax Title Loans is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is strictly on-site, based at 544 Deering Ave, Portland, ME. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $20 per hour and operates on a stable full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, with rotating Saturdays. Notably, employees in this position will never be required to work on Sundays, providing a healthy work-life balance. The company provides paid training to ensure all new hires are fully prepared for their responsibilities. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline liaison between LoanMax and its customers, assisting with loan inquiries, managing accounts and payments, and providing professional, friendly service. The role also includes the important task of evaluating vehicles used as collateral for loans, requiring attention to detail and the ability to assess vehicle conditions accurately.
