Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing service, sales, retail, or a related role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive sales mindset and confidence in outbound customer outreach
- Familiarity with CRM systems and POS software
- Ability to work comfortably in refrigerated areas
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing service, sales, retail, or a related role with a strong focus on building positive client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable customer experiences
- Proactive sales mindset with the confidence and willingness to conduct outbound customer outreach and relationship-building activities
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Point of Sale (POS) software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work comfortably in and out of refrigerated areas
- Floral industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service to house accounts and walk-in customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Process customer orders, transactions, and purchases accurately while identifying opportunities to promote additional products, services, or quantity discounts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty, repeat business, and long-term satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer account information, transaction records, and related documentation within the CRM and other business systems
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts and collaborate with branch and sales teams to enhance the overall customer experience
