The Customer Service Representative role at SRS Distribution in Windsor is a pivotal position designed to ensure exceptional service through effective communication, relationship-building, and proactive sales support. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this role functions as the critical link between walk-in customers and internal teams including sales, drivers, and warehouse personnel. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers both in-person and via phone or email. Through excellent counter sales support and collaboration, you will ensure that orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and on time.

The role does not require travel and is primarily sedentary with routine computer and phone use, occasionally requiring light lifting and movement within the office to assist customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to interact professionally and warmly with a diverse customer base, including bilingual English/Spanish speakers.

Candidates for this role will ideally have 1-2 years of customer service experience, familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms, and a positive attitude that fits the company’s vibrant culture. Previous exposure to B2B relationship management in building materials distribution is highly preferred. Bilingual skills, particularly in English and Spanish, are a plus and help enhance customer reach and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Job Duties
