Offering a competitive pay starting at $15.50 per hour, Million Air provides a well-rounded benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, and a matching 401k program to ensure the well-being and financial security of its staff.

The role of the Customer Service Representative at Million Air is integral to daily airport operations and the exceptional service provided to both crew members and passengers. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and value quality customer interaction. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an elite level of customer service, acting as a concierge to meet all needs of arriving and departing personnel, ensuring an extraordinary experience during their stay. Collaboration is key in this position, as the representative works closely with ground personnel to ensure all ground services run smoothly and are properly invoiced.

Additional duties include maintaining a welcoming hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beverages and ensuring key areas such as the front desk, lobby, and various FBO amenities are tidy and inviting. Due to the nature of the environment, this role requires comfort with exposure to various weather conditions and proximity to both stationary and moving aircraft. This is a non-exempt position that involves shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, making flexibility an essential quality. The representative reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and plays an essential role in upholding Million Air's commitment to superior customer service and operational excellence. With a focus on communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure, the Customer Service Representative helps maintain Million Air's status as a preferred service provider in the competitive aviation market.
