The role of a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Speedy Cash involves helping customers access financial solutions such as check cashing, money transfers, and payment processing, primarily through in-store interaction. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- background check required
- ability to meet physical demands of the role including standing up to 90% of the time and moving up to 25 pounds
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proficiency with phone, POS system, Microsoft Office, and computer systems
- willingness to work a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week including weekends
- ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
- compliance with company policies and legal regulations

- experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing is a plus
- bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- prior cash handling and vault management experience is preferred
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work use with mileage compensation is preferred
Job Duties
- Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business
- review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy
- maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle
- enter and maintain customer information with precision and integrity into a Point of Sale (POS) system
- build new business by completing daily call campaigns
- assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing customer appointments
- perform duties outside of the office including on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing
- maintain internal and external store appearance and meet cleanliness standards
- maintain office security protocols and conduct proper opening and closing procedures
- uphold compliance with company policies and relevant laws
- engage in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes
- work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership
- maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance including weekends
