This position is responsible for managing inbound sales calls, driving rental sales processes, and maintaining a balanced rental truck inventory by working closely with maintenance and asset teams. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of sales and/or customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Goal oriented and assertive
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
  • Ability to comply with company and regulatory policies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns and disputes to satisfaction
  • Handle all rental sales via inbound calls and outbound solicitations to increase leads and new customers
  • Maintain rental truck inventory levels by coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management
  • Manage workflow through effective scheduling and planning to enhance productivity
  • Generate purchase and repair orders and maintain accurate files
  • Manage parts inventory to contribute to cost containment efforts and warranty compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
