Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to work efficiently to handle payment processing, invoicing, and associated computer entries and paperwork accurately
- Experience preferred in providing top-quality customer service in a face-to-face setting
- Friendly and attentive personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with conflict resolution in a customer service environment
- Exceptional ability to attend to details
- Computer skills (e.g., POS systems, accounting systems, Excel)
- Ability to multitask effectively, interacting with customers, answering phones, and attending to computer work
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check

Job Duties
- Handling and routing telephone calls with customer-oriented level of service
- Face-to-face interactions with customers during over-the-counter sales
- Data entry and other computer work, communication with customers via email, track inventory, and process financial transactions via Point of Sale Systems
- Excellent attention to detail while ensuring timely and efficient service
- Connecting clients to appropriate personnel
- Performing administrative support tasks as needed
- Maintaining professionalism
