Job Requirements
- Current and valid drivers license
- professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy
- ability to perform all essential functions safely without endangering oneself or others
- ability to comply with local and state health code requirements for soda fountain and food service sales
- meet local and state minimum age requirements for sale of tobacco and alcohol sales where applicable
- ability to complete all required trainings and certifications
- maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance
- ability to speak and understand English fluently
- capable of sustained physical effort including standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications

- experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred but not required
- ability to operate point-of-sale technology

Job Duties
- Provide excellent and timely customer service to create a pleasant experience for customers
- proactively greet customers entering the convenience store, pay terminal area, or fuel pumps and respond to their needs
- effectively present and sell car wash services, memberships, and retail merchandise to achieve sales goals
- maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment both outside and inside the store
- keep merchandise stocked, displays clean, and take inventory as directed
- maintain point-of-sale transaction and cash drawer integrity by following procedures
- follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- perform various administrative and transactional functions as assigned by management
