Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
  • meticulous attention to detail
  • proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer software
  • ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing is a plus
  • bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
  • valid driver's license and personal vehicle for work use is an advantage

Job Duties

  • Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships
  • review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately
  • offer personalized financial services
  • enter and maintain customer information in POS system
  • complete daily call campaigns to build new business
  • assist in account management and collections
  • participate in in-store and community events
  • maintain store appearance and cleanliness
  • follow security protocols and opening and closing procedures
  • comply with all company policies and legal regulations
  • engage in ongoing training
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • perform additional tasks as directed
