Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- meticulous attention to detail
- proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer software
- ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing is a plus
- bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- valid driver's license and personal vehicle for work use is an advantage
Job Duties
- Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships
- review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately
- offer personalized financial services
- enter and maintain customer information in POS system
- complete daily call campaigns to build new business
- assist in account management and collections
- participate in in-store and community events
- maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- follow security protocols and opening and closing procedures
- comply with all company policies and legal regulations
- engage in ongoing training
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- perform additional tasks as directed
