Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
- Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- Ability to climb a ladder for storage or placement of materials if needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to learn and advance career
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Friendly and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Run the cash register and handle transactions
- Make product suggestions to customers based on their needs
- Assist with the food program as needed
- Maintain store appearance inside and outside to meet company standards
- Work as part of a team to meet daily operational goals
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
