Job Requirements

  • Current and valid drivers license
  • Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy
  • Ability to perform all essential functions safely without endangering oneself or others
  • Ability to comply with local and state health code requirements for soda fountain and food service/sales
  • Meet local and state minimum age requirements for sale of tobacco and alcohol sales where applicable
  • Ability to complete all required trainings and certifications required to perform any of the required functions

Job Qualifications

  • Be friendly and engaging with a positive attitude and will to succeed
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required
  • Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
  • Effective communication skills
  • Capability to use point-of-sale technology and transactional equipment

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent and timely customer service to create a pleasant experience for customers
  • Proactively greet customers entering the convenience store, pay terminal area, or fuel pumps and respond to their needs
  • Effectively present and sell car wash services, Clean Car Club memberships, and retail items to achieve sales goals
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment including outside gas pump islands, payment terminals, and the car wash tunnel entrance as well as inside areas such as counters, merchandise displays, restrooms, and customer waiting areas
  • Keep convenience store merchandise stocked, organized, and displays clean and well presented
  • Maintain point-of-sale transaction, sales, and cash drawer integrity by following procedures accurately
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as bank deposits and supply deliveries as directed by management
