Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
- occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour a shift
- grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands requiring eye-hand coordination
- willingness to work evening shifts
- availability for full-time employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- retail or customer service experience preferred
- cashiering or sales associate experience beneficial
- motivation to advance in a retail career
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- make purchase suggestions to customers based on their needs
- assist with food programs and various store tasks
- maintain high standards for store appearance both inside and out
- work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
- provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
