This entry-level role as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) is based in West Palm Beach, FL, and is a key position within their retail environment. The CSR is the frontline liaison for customers, tasked with delivering exceptional customer service while managing financial transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and payment processing. As part of the Customer Service Representative role, you will engage daily with clients, ensuring transactional accuracy while promoting personalized financial services tailored to customers’ needs. You will handle various administrative duties including data entry into point-of-sale (POS) systems, managing appointments, and assisting with collections. This position involves a combination of in-store responsibilities and external activities such as community event participation and vehicle appraisals. You are expected to maintain store appearance and security protocols, effectively balancing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Regular attendance, including weekends, and the physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and handle up to 25 pounds are important. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy

  • enter and maintain customer information with precision and integrity into a Point of Sale (POS) system
  • build new business by completing daily call campaigns
  • assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing customer appointments
  • perform duties outside of the office, including vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing
  • participate in in-store and community events
  • maintain internal and external store appearance and cleanliness
  • maintain office security protocols and conduct proper opening and closing procedures
