Job Duties
- Field a variety of incoming customer calls to deliver high-quality solutions for customers
- Help customers improve their banking experience and build customer relationships by recommending products and services that meet their banking needs
- Receive extensive paid training to build expertise and prepare to handle customer inquiries of increasing complexity
- Deliver memorable service experiences and assist in problem-solving customer issues
- Work various first shift schedules including weekends and holidays
- Manage multiple calls that can be lengthy and back-to-back while taking scheduled breaks
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
