Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • prior customer service experience is a plus
  • willingness to work various on-site full-time shifts
  • ability to complete pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • commitment to a drug-free workplace
  • able to engage with customers professionally and courteously
  • basic computer literacy

Job Duties

  • Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
