The Customer Service Representative role at North American Title Loans is a full-time, in-store position based at their location at 2625 Ashley Phosphate Rd. Unit A N., Charleston, SC 29418. Compensation for this role starts at $17 per hour, with potential for bonuses based on experience, qualifications, and performance. The role follows a stable schedule from Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Importantly, there is no working required on Sundays, supporting work-life balance for employees.

Customer Service Representatives are essential members of the team, acting as the frontline contact for borrowers and customers. Their responsibilities include assisting potential borrowers with inquiries and loan options, evaluating vehicles for loan eligibility, processing loan applications, managing customer accounts and payments, and maintaining accurate records through diligent data entry. Representatives also provide courtesy reminder calls to ensure customers remain informed and supported throughout the loan process. This role requires adherence to company policies and legal compliance, ensuring ethical and responsible lending practices.

The position demands strong interpersonal skills as Representatives engage both in-person and via telephone, providing clear, respectful, and professional communication. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are highly valued, alongside attention to detail to accurately handle sensitive information. Training is provided on the job to prepare new hires for success, with career advancement opportunities available within the company. Job Requirements
