The Customer Service Representative position at Uline's Reno branch offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are fast, friendly, and customer-focused. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but eager to learn and willing to be trained
  • Able to work various on-site full-time shifts
  • Must complete pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Must adhere to safety-sensitive drug testing policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
