Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and complete training
- Ability to work various full-time shifts on-site
- Commitment to a drug-free workplace
- Ability to handle customer inquiries over phone, email, and chat
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills

- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Proficiency with technology and online ordering systems
Job Duties
- Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
- Be a product and solutions expert equipped to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat
- Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions
- Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering
