The Reno Branch of Uline, located at 8800 Military Road, Reno, NV, is currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Customer Service Representatives. This full-time, on-site position offers various shifts with a competitive hourly wage range from $25 to $30, accompanied by significant growth and earning potential. Working as a Customer Service Representative at Uline means engaging directly with customers to provide fast, friendly, and expert service that Uline is known for. This role emphasizes clear communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers via phone, email, and chat.

In this role, you will dig deeply into order details, offering product recommendations, handling account inquiries, and navigating Uline’s cutting-edge technology and online ordering systems. Uline equips its employees to become product and solutions experts by providing thorough training that covers product knowledge, pricing, and shipping questions. This prepares Customer Service Representatives to respond confidently and promptly to customer inquiries. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and complete training
  • Ability to work various full-time shifts on-site
  • Commitment to a drug-free workplace
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries over phone, email, and chat
