Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
prior customer service experience is a plus but willingness to learn and train
eligibility to work in the United States
ability to work various full-time on-site shifts
drug-free workplace compliance
readiness to undergo pre-employment hair follicle drug screening

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
bachelor’s degree preferred
excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
prior customer service experience is a plus
eagerness to learn and adaptability to training
proficiency in using technology and communication tools

Job Duties

Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
Be a product and solutions expert by answering product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently
Build business relationships with customers via phone, email and chat
Understand customer needs and recommend the best Uline solutions
Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering system
