As a Customer Service Representative at Uline, you play a pivotal role in maintaining the company’s legendary customer service. This position involves processing customer orders, making insightful product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology. Uline equips its representatives to become product and solutions experts, enabling them to address questions about products, pricing, and shipping quickly and confidently. Representatives build strong business relationships through phone, email, and chat communications, helping customers navigate the company’s website and online ordering systems efficiently. The role is designed to sharpen communication and problem-solving skills through in-depth training and one-on-one mentoring, all within a professional and supportive environment.
