As a Customer Service Representative at Uline, you will play a critical role in delivering the legendary customer service that the company is known for. This role requires handling customer orders, making product recommendations, and managing account inquiries through world-class technology. Uline equips its customer service representatives to become product and solutions experts, enabling them to confidently answer questions related to products, pricing, and shipping. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but willingness to learn is essential
  • Ability to work on site
  • Pass pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Ability to use computer and customer service technology effectively

Job Duties
