Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills
  • Availability for scheduled or unscheduled shifts including nights, weekends and emergencies
  • Capability to cross-train and perform multiple workstation duties
  • Strong communication skills including verbal and written
  • Ability to use computers or touchscreens for order entry
  • Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing and manual tasks
  • Compliance with uniform, appearance and operational standards
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Possess basic math and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts including nights, weekends and emergencies
  • Must be cross-trained and capable of performing various workstation duties
  • Strong verbal, written and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to operate computer keyboard or touchscreen for order entry
  • Physical ability to perform continuous standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, bending, and manual tasks
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
  • Bilingual skills preferred in certain markets

Job Duties

  • Receive and process telephone orders
  • Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly
  • Execute credit transactions accurately
  • Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions
  • Work as part of a team supporting other workstations and completing closing duties
  • Operate, clean, and maintain equipment and facilities daily
  • Perform assigned workstation duties including preparing ingredients, making products, and taking orders
  • Add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly, possibly using a calculator
  • Make correct monetary change
  • Stock ingredients and supplies and take inventory
  • Comply with uniform, appearance, and operational standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work environment
