Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- general job duties for all store team members including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, completing paperwork, cleaning equipment and facility daily, maintaining store equipment
- ability to work flexible hours including 1 to 6 shifts per week
- ability to work in varying temperature conditions and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, bending, reaching, and climbing
- good communication skills
- ability to solve problems and work under stress
- ability to meet strict quality control standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- must be able to make correct monetary change
- verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

- Operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- complete any required paperwork
- clean equipment and facility daily
