Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness and ability to work all stations in-store including making menu items, assisting customers, and expediting orders
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills
- Ability to enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen
- Operate all store equipment
- Stock ingredients and supplies
- Prepare products
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and climb as required
- Ability to understand and perform repetitive tasks under stress
- Capable of standing and walking on various surfaces for extended periods
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong verbal and telephone communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Comfortable using computers or touch screens for order entry
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to work all stations in-store and adapt to different tasks
Job Duties
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers on the phone and in-store with menu inquiries and order concerns
- Operate store equipment for food preparation and order processing
- Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery to storage and work areas
- Prepare menu items according to quality and safety standards
- Clean equipment and maintain facility cleanliness daily
- Expedite orders from the cut table to ensure timely delivery
