Job Description

AAA The Auto Club Group (ACG) is a trusted leader in membership, travel, insurance, and financial services, proudly serving over 14 million members across 14 states and 2 U.S. territories under renowned brands such as AAA, Meemic, and Fremont. With a rich heritage spanning more than 100 years, ACG is a part of the national AAA federation and stands as the second largest AAA club in North America. As a company, ACG is deeply committed to advancing technology, innovating its service offerings, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where employees can thrive and grow. The company not only values quality service but also encourages a supportive environment where collaboration and enthusiasm drive success and member satisfaction.

At AAA The Auto Club Group, you will find rewarding career opportunities in a variety of positions that cater to different skills and professional aspirations. The company offers a full-time Branch Customer Service Representative role, designed to be the gateway to a fulfilling and long-term career. This role is hourly, with pay ranging from $19.00 to $21.50 depending on experience, and includes additional performance-based incentives and an annual bonus potential. Employees in this role can expect comprehensive benefits that support their health, well-being, and professional development, including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401k matching, paid parental leave, paid time off, tuition assistance, and more.

The Branch Customer Service Representative serves as a vital part of ACG's branch office operations, which include travel, membership, and insurance sales and support. This role is centered around engaging with members, providing exceptional service, and supporting sales initiatives. As the face of the branch, you are responsible for greeting customers, addressing their needs, and promoting an array of ACG's competitive products such as memberships, travel packages, insurance offerings, and banking products. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others, have strong communication skills, and enjoy a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The Branch Customer Service Representative's day includes not only direct service but also responsibilities such as generating leads, providing information about travel and insurance specials, performing cashiering activities, resolving customer complaints, offering administrative support to sales staff, and making outbound promotional calls. This multi-faceted role offers a balance of interpersonal interaction and behind-the-scenes work that keeps the branch running smoothly and contributes to the overall success and growth of the ACG brand.

Working at AAA The Auto Club Group means joining an established company that values its employees' contributions and provides clear opportunities for career path advancement. From this entry-level customer service role, employees can pursue other positions within branch offices, such as Field Insurance Sales Agent or Travel Agent, or explore opportunities in other departments including call centers, automotive services, claims, underwriting, and more. Additionally, ACG fosters a culture of continuous learning and development with programs designed to support professional certification and educational advancement.

AAA The Auto Club Group also emphasizes work-life balance and a positive work environment. This in-office position demands regular and reliable attendance and willingness to work irregular hours, including holidays and weekends, which may include community events. Safety is paramount at ACG, with mandatory background and drug screening as part of the hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, excels at multitasking, and is committed to delivering outstanding member service while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.

In summary, a career with AAA The Auto Club Group as a Branch Customer Service Representative offers a unique blend of customer interaction, sales support, and administrative duties within a well-respected company.
