Job Requirements
- Must be available for various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Willingness to participate in company-sponsored training
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk and handle job-related physical tasks
- Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- Compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions including exposure to fumes and extreme temperatures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation preferred
- Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform with a clean, professional appearance
- Be cross-trained and proficient in all retail and food service responsibilities
- Perform tasks to maintain a safe work environment and follow safety policies
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers and address any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, store interior and exterior, including restrooms and grounds
- Protect company assets including cash and inventory by following all policies
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding age-restricted sales
- Ensure compliance with merchandising, pricing, food service, and administrative standards
- Set a positive tone within the store and demonstrate knowledge of all store functions
- Assist customers at self-checkout areas where applicable
