Job Requirements
- Must be physically fit to lift, bend, and stand up to eight hours
- Must be able to balance on step stool or ladder
- Must be able to work in a cooler at 32 degrees
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Must have basic math skills
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English
- Must communicate effectively in English with customers

Job Duties
- Provide a friendly greeting to all customers upon entering the store or on the phone
- Get to know your customers and use their name
- Go out of your way to make customers feel important and valued
- Move quickly to provide fast service
- Suggestive sell to customers when appropriate
- Thank customers for their business and invite them back
- Clean and maintain inside areas including restrooms, floors, coolers, fast food area, coffee and fountain area, and merchandise
- Clean and maintain outside areas such as parking lot, windows, doors, entrance sidewalks, trash cans, fuel islands, and car wash
- Stock, face, and price all merchandise
- Brew coffee
- Operate POS, lottery, phone card, and money order machines
- Attend store meetings
- Check in vendors and gas deliveries
- Maintain proper cigarette display and stock lottery supplies and cigarettes
- Move and build displays
- Identify problems and resolve issues quickly and effectively
