Additional duties involve handling sales counters, managing lottery and cigarette displays, processing deliveries, and operating POS and related equipment effectively. Job Requirements
- Must be physically able to lift 25 lbs
- Must be able to stand for up to eight hours
- Must be able to work in a 32-degree cooler
- Must be able to balance on step stools or ladders
- Ability to perform basic math
- Must speak, read, and write English
- Ability to communicate with customers in English
- Must wear proper uniform and name tag

- No personal cell phone use while on duty except for emergencies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills
- Experience operating POS systems is an advantage

Job Duties
- Provide a friendly greeting to all customers upon entering the store or on the phone
- Get to know your customers and use their name
- Go out of your way to make customers feel important and valued
- Move quickly to provide fast service
- Suggestive sell to customers when appropriate
- Thank customers for their business and invite them back
- Clean and maintain restrooms ensuring they are odor free and stocked
- Empty and clean trash cans
- Clean doors, windows, floors, coolers, rugs, transaction counters, shelves, coffee and fountain areas
- Stock and merchandise products including fronting coolers and labeling
- Brew coffee
- Operate POS, lottery, phone card and money order machines
- Check in vendors and gas deliveries
- Attend store meetings
- Maintain professional image and teamwork
