Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods in a confined space
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy
  • Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and extended hours
  • Ability to learn safety, security, cash handling, and ABC compliance
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Basic food preparation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet customer with a smile, eye contact, and hello
  • Build customer loyalty
  • Up sell and meet customers needs
  • End customer transaction with a thank you, come again
  • Respond to emergency situations and perform required duties as indicated in safety manuals
  • Clean facility and equipment during shifts including restrooms, pump islands, car wash areas, and food preparation areas
  • Collect payment from customers and encourage additional purchases
  • Interact positively with the public and resolve basic customer service issues
  • Communicate effectively face to face and by phone
  • Prepare fast food for sale following recipes
  • Adhere to sanitation, refrigeration and cooking standards
  • Maintain all cash, merchandising and equipment during shift
  • Instruct customers on self-serve equipment as needed
  • Prepare reports accounting for all funds and products sold
  • Take inventory and balance reports in accordance with company policy
  • Operate and maintain facility equipment safely
  • Stock all shelves with merchandise including walk-ins
  • Maintain time record accurately
  • Maintain assigned PRIDE areas
