Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and extended hours

Job Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties
- Greet customer with a smile, eye contact, and hello
- Build customer loyalty

- Respond to emergency situations and perform duties indicated in hazard communications and injury prevention manuals
- Clean facility and equipment during shifts including restrooms, pump islands, car wash areas, driveways, ovens, counters, and utensils
- Collect payment from customers by cash or debit and encourage upselling
- Interact positively with public and resolve basic customer service issues
- Communicate effectively both face to face and by phone
- Prepare fast food for sale and arrange hot foods attractively while minimizing waste
- Adhere to company standards regarding sanitation, refrigeration, and cooking
- Responsible for all cash, merchandising, and equipment during assigned shift
- Instruct customers on using self-serve equipment
- Prepare reports accounting for funds and products sold
- Take inventory, count money, and balance reports per company policy
- Operate and maintain facility equipment safely
- Stock all shelves including walk-ins
- Maintain time records
- Maintain assigned PRIDE areas
