Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers

  • ability to work in cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
  • ability to safely handle hot surfaces and sharp edges
  • ability to talk and hear on telephone

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in customer service or retail environment a plus
  • basic math skills including addition subtraction multiplication and division
  • ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • competence with computers or touch screen technology
  • strong motor coordination and dexterity
  • ability to work under stress and maintain quality standards
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Operate all equipment
  • stock ingredients from delivery area to storage work area walk-in cooler
  • prepare product
  • receive and process telephone orders
  • take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • clean equipment and facility approximately daily
  • communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
  • make correct monetary change
  • enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • perform repetitive tasks
  • work alone and with others
  • meet strict quality control standards

  • analyze and compile data
