- Must be 16 years of age or older

- exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
- ability to work in temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in cooler to above 90 degrees in some work areas
- ability to handle fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust
- ability to work in cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
- ability to safely handle hot surfaces and sharp edges
- ability to talk and hear on telephone
- near and mid-range vision

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in customer service or retail environment a plus

- ability to work under stress and maintain quality standards
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage work area walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
- make correct monetary change
- enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
